ABOUT STEALTHIUM

At Stealthium, we are building runtime observability and security for AI and GPU workloads.

Modern AI infrastructure still operates with major blind spots. GPU and AI workloads generate large volumes of low-level runtime signals, but there are very few systems capable of turning that data into meaningful visibility, runtime insight, and anomaly detection at scale.

We are building the platform to solve that.

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

You'll help build the core observability backend of the Stealthium platform.

This role focuses on building systems that ingest, process, and make sense of large-scale runtime telemetry. You'll work on high-performance backend services that transform raw signals into real systems insight across highly distributed environments.

This is a hands-on engineering role centered on building robust, scalable systems, solving real performance, concurrency, and systems challenges (not dashboards or surface-level metrics).

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Design, build, and optimize high-performance backend services
  • Develop systems that ingest, normalize, and process large volumes of runtime telemetry
  • Build reliable and scalable data flows for ingestion, processing, and storage
  • Collaborate on system architecture and continuously improve existing systems
  • Improve performance, reliability, and efficiency across distributed systems
  • Contribute to core capabilities around observability, runtime insight, and anomaly detection

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong backend engineering experience, ideally using Go (or similar systems languages)
  • Experience building and operating distributed systems in production
  • Experience with streaming/event-driven architectures
  • Experience building high-throughput systems that ingest, process, or operate on telemetry / observability data at scale
  • Strong debugging, profiling, and performance tuning skills

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with observability systems (metrics, logs, traces, profiling)
  • Exposure to GPU infrastructure, GPU workloads, or high-performance computing environments
  • Experience with security, anomaly detection, or runtime systems
  • Experience working on or contributing to open-source projects
  • Experience building systems on Kubernetes or similar platforms

WHY JOIN STEALTHIUM

  • Work on complex systems at the intersection of AI infrastructure, observability, and security
  • Help build technology designed for modern GPU and distributed computing environments
  • Join a highly technical team (Amazon, Intel, AMD, Microsoft, Elastic backgrounds)
  • Fully remote environment with strong ownership and impact
  • Competitive compensation
